What payment methods do you accept?

At this time we only accept online payments via PayPal. However, we will be setting up online payments for credit/debit cards soon.

Can I pay via PayPal even if I don't have a PayPal account?

Yes you certainly can. You can make payments via PayPal without having a PayPal account.

PayPal is one of the easiest and most sercure method of online payment.

Do you offer bespoke products and how do I place an order?

We do indeed. If you have something in mind or you would like to go over some details about your order, please feel free to get in touch. You can do in several ways by using either our Instant chat (on the bottom right corner of your screen), Email or by using our contact form ( which can be found on our contact page).

Can I return an item?

Yes, in the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us wiithin 14 days of reveiving your goods. You then have another 14 days to return return the goods to us (if needed) and a refund will be given. You can get in contact with us via email at habibiswoolandwood@hotmail.com.

Are any of your products tested on Animals?

As we grow our business we aim to aim to also grow our inventory. At the time being we do not sell any skin care products but aim to do so in the near future. You can be rest assured that none of the products we aim to sell will be tested on animals and will not contain any animal derivatives.

Are your products vegan friendly?

As we grow our inventory we will sell products that are vegan friendly. The products will not be tested on animals nor will they contain any animal derivatives.
